The Silene Association is organizing a new edition of the course The Art of Natural Orientation<\/em>. A theoretical and experiential training designed to recover eco-wisdom and revitalize the faculties of attention, observation and presence. Through this practice of slowness and listening, you learn to read the earth and orient yourself without maps or technology, in order to strengthen trust in nature and reconnect with our internal compass.<\/p>\n

The course combines practices in the surroundings of the Alt Pirineu Natural Park, Catalonia, with a high mountain trek, and will be taught by Franco Michieli and Xavier Perarnau. It consists of two consecutive modules: October 11 and 12 and October 13-15. You may take only the first module (essential introduction to access the second) or the entire course.<\/p>\n

The course is supported by the Alt Pirineu Natural Park and is part of the Pyrenees Hiking Festival within the Sort City Council’s Senderi festival.<\/p>\n
