The motto is “United with a single thought for a good living”. Its origins lie in the need to establish an autonomous government in a territory recognised by the Columbian government. The Asociación de Autoridades Indígenas de la Zona de Yapú (Asatrizy) forms part of the Gran Resguardo Oriental del Vaupés (the Great Eastern Indigenous Reserve of Vaupés) in south-east Colombia, a region of 3.35 million ha whose autonomous status was officially recognised in 1982.

The plan consists of four parts: the history of the organisation of the Yapú region, the communities of the Yapú region since 2004, the components of the Life Plan, and the agreement to accept and work for the Plan. The different parts of the Plan of Life cover six aspects: health, education, family, women and housing, food and subsistence, and territorial organisation. This strategic plan provides a series of qualitative objectives and proposals in the form of ideas and strategies that should be implemented in order to achieve the stated aims.

An integrated plan drawn up according to their own worldview by the traditional indigenous authorities of the communities…

[112
255,279,236
post-66599","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-planning-documents","tag-conservation","tag-governance","tag-indigenous-peoples","has-post-title","has-post-date","has-post-category","has-post-tag","has-post-comment","has-post-author","
["GET
