This report provides of the forum\u2019s recommendations, including those made by the working groups which focused on six areas: education, Native leadership, legal tools and legislation, land management policies, consultation, and an additional \u201call relevant issues\u201d category. Subsequent sections and appendices contain summaries and transcripts of panelists\u2019 remarks from the opening session, a narrative summary of the recommendations of the working groups, and transcribed notes from their deliberations.
