This 170-page book provides a comprehensive compilation of the results of the international workshop on this topic held on 2\u20136 November 2011 at the International Academy for Nature Conservation on the Isle of Vilm, Germany. Participants from 12 European countries presented a number of selected case studies that were representative of the diversity of spiritual values within protected areas.
