The three-day course was intended to facilitate an introduction to contemplation of nature, distilling some ethical consequences from it. By nature it was not only understood that of the environment of the National Park Sierra de Guadarrama, but also our own nature, since we are not separated from the environment. The ethical consequences addressed the values and attitudes that support our relationship with nature, whether internal or external.
