Religion and spirituality are understood to include main stream religions, spiritual traditions including indigenous and local belief systems, and modern non-religious spiritualism.

SPECIALIST GROUP ON CULTURAL AND SPIRITUAL VALUES OF PROTECTED AREAS
Specialist Group of the IUCN World Commisison on Protected Areas, consiting of over one hundred specialist from thirty countries. Together with UNESCO the Specialits group published the 2008 Best Practice Guidelines on Sacred Natural Sites and currently is preparing another global guidance for the cultural and spiritual significance of nature in the management and governance of protected and conserved areas.
THE DELOS INITIATIVE
The main purpose of the Delos Initiative, established in 2005, is to help in maintaining both the sanctity and the biodiversity of thes sacred natural sites, through the understanding of the complex relationship between spiritual / cultural and natural values. The Initiative is part of the International Union for the Conservation of Nature (IUCN) World Commission on Protected Areas (WCPA) Specialist Group on Cultural and Spiritual Values of Protected Areas.
TRADITIONAL KNOWLEDGE. MOVING FORWARD WITH TRADITION
This website of the Cultural Research Center Aigine, who has been working for the identification and maintenance of traditional knowledge in Kyrgyz for years, presents traditional knowledge grouped into three areas: rituals (linked to sacred natural sites and healers, among others); Ecological knowledge (linked to resilience, the use of natural resources, the interpretation of dreams, etc.) and social knowledge (genealogies, parentheses, games, etc.). It contains an extensive glossary in Kyrgyz language, resources and videos in Kyrgyz or Russian language.

This blog, funded by the French Institute of Biodiversity, aims to monitor “sacred forests” in Africa in order to follow the evolution of their management methods, the governace, the resulting social relations and also their biodiversity. THE ORTHODOX FELLOWSHIP OF THE TRASNFIGURATION
The Orthodox Fellowship of the Transfiguration is a pan-Orthodox organization from North and Central America. The OFT exists to hallow God’s Name “on earth as it is in heaven” by seeking the transfiguration of creation through the activation of the Christian calling toward transfigured life. In the context of the liturgical life of the Church, the OFT seeks to help extend the transfiguring activity of the sacraments into all creation through ascetic practice, the commandments, and the acquisition of virtue, thus restoring the beauty and integrity of God’s earthly temple.

Provisionally, it is housed on the website of SOURCES, a French inter-religious association that publishes a magazine of interiority with that same name.
