Inventorying of Sacred Natural Sites of Indigenous and Traditional Peoples in Mexico

Report written as part of the investigation project “Inventorying Sacred Natural Sites in Mexico”, whose aim was to carry out an inventory of all sacred natural sites in Mexico. The study includes a methodology and tools that are proposed to facilitate the inventorying of sacred natural sites belonging to indigenous and traditional peoples in Mexico, as a means of promoting the conservation and protection of the country’s biodiversity and cultural values. This study masy serve as a model for similar investigations in other countries.
