Sant Miquel de Fluvià, Catalonia12 July 2025
On July 12, the Silene Association held an event in Sant Miquel de Fluvià, Catalonia, co-organized by the Sant Miquel de Fluvià Town Hall and “Sant Miquel de Fluvià, un record per a la memòria“, within the framework of the project Simbiosi Fluvial that began last year and will continue until 2027. In the Town Hall’s culture room, Josep Maria Mallarach gave a conference dedicated to the intangible heritage of the Fluvià River and the historical links with the Benedictine monastery of Sant Miquel. The event continued with a colloquium, and concluded with a participatory dynamic around the values of the river and its desirable recovery.
On November 29, a contemplative walk guided by Laia Sadurní is planned, on the banks of the Sant Miquel de Fluvià, which will begin at 10 am, to help grasp and experience in depth the values and symbolism of the river.
