The Art of Natural Orientation, High Pyrenees

The Silene Association organizes the course “The Art of Natural Orientation”. It will be a theoretical and experiential training to reconnect with Nature and with oneself. It includes a day of theoretical class and several days of immersion in the mountains, in which we will rescue eco-wisdom in order to revitalize the human faculties of attention, observation and orientation, and learn to orient ourselves without maps or technology, with the internal compass.

The course will be taught by Franco Michieli and Xavier Perarnau, and is composed of two consecutive modules: First module: weekend of October 25 and 26. Second module: October 27, 28 and 29. You can take only the first module (which includes essential introduction to access the second module) or the entire course.
